Wander Wednesday #02
I know I missed writing a Wander Wednesday post last week and my reason is I was bit busy. So anyway, yesterday I went to the grocery store and I was actually up by 5 in the morning. Since the whole COVID-19 Pandemic situation, tons of activities changed. Transportation is cancelled and I actually had to walk (since I don’t know how to drive and even ride a bike) to get into the closest market in our area. I am not complaining though because I actually enjoy morning walks. So after I finished doing my laundry, I left the house around before seven in the morning and have waited in the line for only about an hour just to do my grocery errands.
(I also would like to mention that our province shifted to the modified enhanced community quarantine which means that some businesses are now operational and I noticed that there are a lot of people and private vehicles on the road which were absent the last time I went out to do my grocery and wet market duties.)
So for today’s Wander Wednesday entry, I actually found some cool vegetables and flowers seeds which were being sold in the grocery.
If you’ve checked my other previous posts, I already mentioned that I started planting some crops. Sadly, my tomato seedlings died due to some unfortunate accidents (they were too small and my dad, without his knowledge that I transplanted my tomato seedlings in this small plot in our garden, pour some dirt and rocks all over it and it was too late to salvage my seedlings). Anyway, it was an accident. I already planted the chili seeds in a small tray and gave the Celosia seeds to my dad since he’s the best in growing crops, flowers and plants in general (he got the green thumb). I’m a bit stoked if my chili seeds will grow or not, but knowing myself and how poor I am in gardening, it would be totally a miracle if they will grow. But I will try my best to take care of my newly planted seeds and hopefully they will grow.
xoxo
